The PA70-30 is a high performance linear power amplifier for the popular 70MHz band. The high gain of this amplifier allows it to be used with transverters giving an output of 7mW.
Supplied as a mini-kit which includes an undrilled heatsink and all the components that mount on the PCB. Heatsink can be supplied pre-drilled and tapped if required for an extra £12.
The heatsink measures 100x160mm, which is sufficient to keep the PA module cool with 100% duty cycle.
Requires +13.8V DC supply at 8A.
Features :- Fully solid state, no
tuning required, selectable PTT operation, covers the whole 4m band.
Supplied
with comprehensive construction manual. Mini-kit does not
include case, connectors, switches etc. This kit uses surface mount
components, and is intended for those with some experience of kit
building. Also available ready built and tested, or as a full kit with
case, switches, LEDs, connectors etc.
