100W power amplifier for the 1.3GHz (23cms) band, model PA1.3-100.
Uses four Mitsubishi RA18H1213G MOSFET PA modules on a custom designed
PTFE-based PCB. Mini-kit comprises all the components that fit on the
PCB, including heatsink which is drilled and tapped. Suitable for use with radios such as the FT736R, IC910H, TS790 etc and 3W transverters.
Any mode - can be used for SSB, CW, FM, ATV and DATV. Supplied with 2 fans to aid cooling.
This
is a brand new design from GH Engineering and is based on the popular
GH Quad, with many new enhancements, and represents the current
state-of-the-art in high power12V power amplifiers. Requires 3W input
power and +13.8V DC supply at 45A, other input powers can be
accommodated if required.
Features :- Fully solid state, covers the band 1240-1300MHz, no
tuning required, linear operation, selectable PTT operation, fans
enabled only during Tx periods, heatsink pre-drilled and tapped.
Supplied
with comprehensive 28 page construction manual. Mini-kit does not
include case, connectors, switches etc. This kit uses surface mount
components, and is intended for those with some experience of kit
building. Also available ready built and tested, or as a full kit with
case, switches, LEDs, connectors etc.
