I don't know much about this item. Before his passing, my Father (who had cancer) used it to remove swelling and liquid from his legs. It was used very little and has been in the closet for several years. It looks to be in like new condition. I tested it and it appears to function as it should. The compressor runs quietly and is adjustable. It inflates the cuffs. Other then that I know nothing about this item. However there is an instruction booklet plus a device for using 2 cuffs at the same time. There is a total of 3 leg cuffs and I understand you can order cuffs for arms from the company. The best part of this item is the carrying case. This thing is built like Iron. 3 snaps and foam lined. Very heavy duty. Perfect for a carrycase for a large transceiver.
